The short version
Who this is for
Football Manager players, 13 or older, using the app for their own enjoyment. If you are under 18, check with a parent or guardian first.
Your data during the beta
When you upload a CSV, HiddenXI parses it and stores the parsed rows in its database. Each row is tied to your invite code, so only requests carrying that code can read it. You can delete everything from the Upload page whenever you want. Delete is immediate.
Beta data can still be wiped by us if the schema changes or we spot a bug that is easier to fix on a clean database. We will post a heads up on Twitter if that happens.
Invite codes
Each beta code is tied to the person it was handed out to. Please do not share your code. If we see a code being passed around publicly, we will revoke it and issue a new one to the original tester.
Please do not
- Scrape the site or its API in bulk
- Upload files that are not your own FM26 exports
- Upload files containing other people's personal data
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or the invite gate
- Use the app to harass, defame, or target any person
Repeated or egregious violations get your invite code revoked.
Custom face and logo packs
If you add your own face pack or club logo pack, you confirm that you have the right to use those images for personal use. HiddenXI does not host or redistribute third party image packs. Anything you bring to your own session is your responsibility.

HiddenXI is a community project. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Sports Interactive, SEGA, or any official Football Manager entity. FM trademarks belong to their owners.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. Scores are advisory. Transfer and team decisions in your FM save are yours. We try to keep the numbers accurate but make no guarantees.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the Last updated date at the top moves. Continued use after a change means you are good with the new version.
